Payment must be received three business days in advance of the class. Payment may be made by:

Some classes will fill up quickly and paid reservations will be honored first.
If there has been significant interest in a full class, we will make every effort to repeat it. Please ask to be put on the waiting list for first consideration.
Most classes are demonstration style. A few classes are hands-on.
Cancellations: If we cancel a class for any reason, we will contact you by phone and refund your tuition. If you must cancel a class, please notify us at least three business days in advance for a full refund.
Some of the classes feature food and wine pairings to assist you with wine selections for your own entertaining. Wine servings are meant to be samples only. Verification of age may be required for wine service.
Menu changes are subject to change at the instructor’s discretion.
