- Pneumococcal immunizations are $45.00 and supplies are limited

- Medicare Part B, Secure Horizons, Providence Health Plan Medicare HMO, ODS Advantage PPO, Great-West Healthcare accepted. There is no charge to members for flu shots if they bring their insurance card.
- Stormans Inc. will pay for any employee that wants a flu shot and/or a Pneumococcal immunization.
